Airbus UpNext - Industrial & Implementation Manager (m/f)

Airbus UpNext is looking for the Industrial & Implementation Manager for a new demonstrator, aiming at demonstrating 5G Non-Terrestrial-Network capabilities based on space platforms.

The demonstrator team will deliver an extremely ambitious and disruptive demonstrator, explore and show feasibility of many new technologies and with this support the strategic ambitions of Airbus. As such, be prepared for a wild ride, testing unconventional ways of driving a project at a fast pace, and be ready for many pivots throughout, as we will explore the unknown.

As the Industrial & Implementation Manager of the demo, you will be managing procurement & partnerships activities, planning different tasks and deliverables to meet the schedule, ensure AIT facilities readiness and follow AIT activities. You will also be in charge of the preparation of the demonstration with the different partners.

This position is based in Toulouse, and we will collaborate with teams across Europe and an international partnership landscape.

This job comes with a 3 years' mission.

• Strong experience in procurement contract management & negotiation, supplier follow-up and schedule management.

• Additional knowledge of satellite AIT would be a plus.
