Description du poste
- Coordinate all stakeholders involved in Training Simulation Software/Data Package production and support activities (e.g. Airbus design office, training device manufacturers, training policy experts...)
- Specify, develop and validate aircraft systems simulation software for Training purposes
- Define the malfunction document related to aircraft systems for flight and maintenance training devices for all Airbus aircraft families
- Support the provision of operational documentation for training simulators Participate into Safety management activities in coordination with Training and Flight Operations Support
- Manage the interface with internal and external stakeholders ( In SLOG: ATA leaders, DP focal points, program manager, Customer project managers, Sales managers. In Airbus : Design Office (IYA, IYYS, IYU, IYN, IC), Training Policy (STL), , Product safety (W), all customer services divisions, All AIRBUS Training Centres (Miami, Beijing, Singapore, Hamburg, Toulouse …). Outsite Airbus: Airlines, other Training Centres, Training device Manufacturers, Airworthiness Authorities, Equipment Suppliers )
- Lead and support specific improvement projects within the SLOGS department
- Link with aircraft full change process to monitor current and upcoming modifications (MODs) impacting training simulation deliverables
- Aircraft system malfunction definition document
- Aircraft system model specification as per training need
- Aircraft Systems' V&V plan and deployment on simulator
- Answers to customer technical queries
- Dedicated operational documentation (FCOM, MMEL, QRH) for flight simulator operations
- 5 years' degree or equivalent, ideally in the aeronautic sector.
- At least 3 years proven experience in aircraft systems and/or simulation
- Used to work in an international and multifunctional environment.
Technical skills
- Good knowledge of Airbus aircraft systems is required
- Experience in aircraft systems simulation will be appreciated
- Following skills would be a plus :
- ARINC 610 Knowledge
- Basic fundamentals of flight operations and aircraft maintenance
- Knowledge of aircraft full change process
- Training Simulation awareness
- Software development knowledge
