We are looking for a *Logistic Coordinator* to come onboard in our *FAL ATR logistics department (OEL)* in* Tanise* 's team : a team of * 6 *collaborators!

* Your Mission *

* Management of internal and external logistics suppliers (operational follow-up, control and monitoring of performance indicators and management of operational discrepancies).
* Management and monitoring of the budget for the defined scope (orders, delivery notes, inbound flows).
* Management, monitoring and control of kanban operational flows (milk run, "Fiche liaison" , kanban creation/modification/deletion, and management of physical means).
* Physical control of kanbans (parts, hardware, consumables and chemicals).
* Management of the supply chain, the distribution chain and storage of nitrogen flow, chemicals flow (central and satellite cabinets) and non-flying goods.
* Implementation of control systems (kanban flows) using ATR IT systems (SAP PGI, PEA).
* Coordination, implementation, monitoring, control and formalization of agreed action plans (project management) in conjunction with Production (to adapt the requirements as production ramp-up).
* Adapting distribution solutions and managing the associated data (physical and system flows).
* Participate in SQCDP meetings.
* Manage and avoid logistics risks.
* Improve perimeter performance through curative, corrective and preventive actions.
* Continuous improvement within the scope of activity
* Interacting with internal customers according to defined processes (environment, H&S...).
* Occasional audits of kanbans (hardware, parts, consumables and chemicals) to monitor and enforce rules of application.

* About you *

* Ideally a degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering.
* 5-year experience
* Strong IT systems knowledge (SAP PGI , SAP PEA, MES & other)
* Microsoft office experienced user
* Knowledge of lean techniques and continuous improvement
* Fluent in French
* Basic or intermediate level of English (desirable)
* Strong interpersonal & influencing skills
* Strong team player
* Analytical & problem solving
* Strong organizational & planning skills

Nous recherchons un(e) *Coordinateur(trice) logistique* pour rejoindre le service *logistique FAL ATR (OEL)* au sein de l'équipe de *Tanise* : une équipe de *6* collaborateurs !

* Votre mission *

* Gestion des fournisseurs logistiques internes et externes (Suivi opérationnel, contrôle et suivi des indicateurs, traitement litiges opérationnels)
* Gestion et suivi du budget concernant le périmètre déterminé (Commandes, bon de livraison, réception).
* Pilotage, suivi et contrôle des flux opérationnels des kanbans (tournées de laitiers, fiches de liaison, création/modification/suppression kanban, gestion du moyen physique).
* Contrôle physique des kanbans (pièces, quincaillerie, consommables et produits chimiques).
* Pilotage de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, distribution et stockage du flux azote, flux produits chimiques (armoires centrales et satellites) et consommables non-avionnables.
* Mise en œuvre de systèmes de contrôle (flux kanbans) en s'appuyant sur les systèmes informatiques d'ATR (SAP PGI, PEA etc).
* Coordination, mise en œuvre, suivi, contrôle et formalisation des plans d'action (gestion de projet) agréés en lien avec la Production (évolutions de cadences pour adapter les besoins).
* Adapter les solutions de distribution et en assurer le management des données (flux physiques & informatiques).
* Participer aux réunions SQCDP
* Manager & éviter les aléas logistiques
* Améliorer la performance sur son périmètre, au travers d'actions curatives, correctives et préventives.
* Amélioration continue sur le périmètre d'activité
* Interaction avec les clients internes selon les processus définis (Environnement, H&S...).
* Audits ponctuels des kanbans (quincaillerie, pièces, consommables et produits chimiques) pour le suivi et l'application des règles d'utilisation.

* A propos de vous *

* De préférence diplôme en supply chain management, opérations, logistique, transport ou ingénierie.
* Expérience de 5 ans
* Connaissance approfondie des systèmes informatiques (SAP PGI , SAP PEA, MES et autres)
* Maitrise du pack Microsoft office
* Connaissance et maitrise des techniques 'lean' et de l'amélioration continue
* Maîtrise du français
* Niveau d'anglais élémentaire ou intermédiaire (souhaitable)
* Capacité d'adaptation et créativité
* Fort esprit d'équipe
* Autonomie
* Capacité d'analyse, résolution de problèmes et prise de décision
* Capacité d'organisation, planification et priorisation des tâches
